What You'll Do as the Machine Operator:
- Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce products at specified cycle rates
- Remove finished products from machines and inspect for defects
- Trim excess material (flashing) from molded parts to meet quality standards
- Stack and organize completed products for further processing or packaging
- Assemble components (e.g., wheels or parts) as required after molding
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate or learn molding equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift work
- Willingness to work assigned shifts (1st or 2nd shift schedules)
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent production output
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support assembly and production tasks
- Reliability and commitment to long-term, steady employment
