Job Description
Enjoy 3-day weekends with this exciting new opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in pallet manufacturing and lumber processing located in Menahga, MN. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 1st shift, from 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.00 per hour. Interested? What you will do as a Machine Operator:

What you will do as a Machine Operator:
- Efficiently handle lumber
- Operate machinery
- Conduct regular inspections of lumber and finished products
- Maintain a clean work environment for yourself and others
- Monitor machinery and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure correct unit quantities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #worknow
