Job Description

We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator & Assembler roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these temp opportunities ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What you will do as a Machine Operator & Assembler:

What you will do as a Machine Operator & Assembler:
- Deburr, sand, grind, drill, and buff stainless steel components using power tools
- Cut materials to size using a Komatsu saw and other shop equipment
- Perform fabrication and welding according to blueprints and customer specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
- Safely operate sandblasting and boxing machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with material handling and general production tasks as required
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related manufacturing environment
- Proficiency using power tools and hand tools (grinders, drills, sanders, etc.)
- Experience with welding processes (TIG/MIG preferred) and ability to follow weld specifications
- Ability to operate a Komatsu saw or willingness to learn
- Sandblasting experience preferred
- Ability to work with boxing/packaging machines
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus
