Logistics CoordinatorSchedule: Monday- Friday, 7am-4:30pm (Hybrid)Pay: $18.50-$19/hourLocation: Willmar, MN

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support daily transportation operations by monitoring shipments, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring on-time performance for key retail partners. This role works closely with internal teams, carriers, and retail contacts to quickly identify potential delays and provide timely, professional communication to all stakeholders.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support daily transportation operations by monitoring shipments, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring on-time performance for key retail partners. This role works closely with internal teams, carriers, and retail contacts to quickly identify potential delays and provide timely, professional communication to all stakeholders.
What you will do as a Logistics Coordinator:
- Maintain late truck email and communicate late delivery information
- Provide follow-up correspondence per department procedures
- Work closely with the Appointment coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace
- Communicate any issues with deliveries to the vendor Management team
- Run appointment verification daily and cross-check AS400
- Administer late coding for late customer deliveries and track/report per period
- Provide vacation coverage for OSD position
- Other projects as assigned
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to accept continual repetitive changes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel- data entry
