What You’ll Do as a Loadbanks Skilled Assembler:
- Build assemblies to print, including mounting devices, wiring, and OHM testing panels
- Interpret electrical schematics with assistance from electricians
- Read and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents (bill of materials, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams)
- Complete in-process quality checks and escalate non-conformances
- Follow work order directions and produce parts within required specifications
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
- Complete and maintain all required documentation
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Loadbanks Skilled Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts
- Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
