What You’ll Do as a Line Worker:
- Float between Bakery, Icing, and Packaging departments to support production needs
- Operate manual and automated production lines to maintain product flow
- Package finished products by loading/unloading racks, boxing, labeling, and palletizing
- Assist with icing operations including decorating, glazing, stacking, and spreading products
- Support bakery processes by preparing pans, depositing batter, and loading ovens
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks between product changeovers following GMP standards
- Follow safety procedures and communicate with team members to maintain quality and efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker Role:
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in multiple departments as production needs change
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to wear required PPE and work around common food allergens such as milk, soy, and nuts
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
