Company DescriptionThis company is a leading manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic corrugated pipe and ancillary products, providing a comprehensive suite of water management products and superior drainage solutions for use in the construction and infrastructure marketplace. Their innovative pipes, fittings, basins, and other products are used across a broad range of end markets and applications, including non-residential, residential, agriculture, and infrastructure applications. They have established a leading position in many of their domestic and international end markets by leveraging their national sales and distribution platform, the overall product breadth and scale, and their manufacturing excellence. They operate a global network of approximately 60 manufacturing plants and over 30 distribution centers.
What a Line Operator will do:
Benefits include 401K eligibility after 3 months of employment with a match of 4%; 3 weeks of vacation (accrues weekly) plus 8 paid holidays; Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance; tuition reimbursement of up to $1,500 per year; $100 towards prescription safety eyewear and $250 yearly towards safety shoes; $50,000 life insurance policy and long-term disability; and weekly paychecks on Fridays.

What a Line Operator will do:
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Complete shift production and reporting paperwork
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Load and unload raw materials
- Operate extrusion machine
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions
