In this role, you’ll support production and inventory tracking while helping ensure quality standards are met in a regulated manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Line Lead:
- Support lot tracking for incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
- Perform detailed quality checks while maintaining accurate documentation
- Set up production lines in coordination with Supervisors
- Ensure new production lines are fully stocked with required components
- Complete manual tracking forms clearly and accurately
- Assist with medical production assembly while following GMP standards
- Remain active on your feet, including bending, twisting, and moving throughout the shift
What You Need to Bring to the Line Lead Role:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for the duration of the shift
- Previous medical manufacturing, assembly, or GMP experience preferred but not required
