Location: Cambridge, MN
Compensation: $22.00–$26.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM Monday thru Friday) | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Lamination Technicians for a well-established manufacturing company in Cambridge, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high‑quality fiberglass components while working in a clean, safety‑focused production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with resins and fiberglass, and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Lamination Technician:
- Assist with spraying and milling gelcoat in the spray booth
- Assist with spraying resin and rolling out fiberglass materials
- Follow lamination build instructions from Engineering
- Select precut fiberglass and core kits for each assigned part
- Lay out required materials according to work instructions
- Mix catalyst, resin, and/or gelcoat according to manufacturer specifications
- Assist with vacuum infusion of resin and monitor vacuum pressure, lines, and clamps
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
- Work to meet or exceed company standard work expectations
What You Need to Bring to the Lamination Technician Role:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior knowledge or experience with lamination, resin work, or related duties
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions
- Strong time management and ability to cross‑train in various departments
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, twist, and reach during a 10‑hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Must pass dust and respirator fit testing (requires being clean‑shaven)
