We are looking for candidates for Lamination Stacker roles on the 4th shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $24.24-$27.73 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What a Lamination Stacker will do: 
  • Stack and align rotor and stator laminations for assembly of cores
  • Measure stack using a ruler and add or remove laminations to bring core body to specified size
  • Use various hand and power tools as well as requiring spot welding
What you need to be a Lamination Stacker: 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • 6+ months manufacturing experience 
  • Must meet certification requirements
  • Familiarity with work, materials, equipment, work methods, and procedures
