Location: Mora, MN
Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | 7:30am-4:30pm Monday–Friday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

What You’ll Do as an Assembly & Inventory Associate:
- Assemble components by following technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are me
- Track inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system data
- Document assembly and inventory activities to support continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly & Inventory Associate Role:
- Must have at least 1 year experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field
- Must have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Must have experience or be comfortable working with power/hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic computer skills; experience with Excel or inventory systems preferred
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
