What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist:
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries regarding product information
- Prepare accurate quotations including pricing, lead times, and terms
- Follow up on quotes to support order conversion
- Assist with product selection and application questions
- Enter orders into the ERP system with high accuracy
- Verify pricing, part numbers, and delivery requirements
- Coordinate with production and purchasing to confirm lead times
- Provide order status updates and resolve shipping or order issues
- Support the RMA process and quality issue resolutions
- Maintain customer records and opportunity updates within CRM systems
What You Need to Bring to the Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist Role:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail for quoting and order entry
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Ability to interpret basic product specifications or drawings
- 2–5 years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field preferred
- Reliable transportation to the Brainerd area
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
