Are you seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading production company in Little Falls, MN. We are seeking candidates for Ingredient Processor positions on the 3rd shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $21.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information! 
What you’ll do as an Ingredient Processor:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room
  • Train staff on proper workflow and sanitation procedures
  • Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory daily to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted
  • Mix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into the grinder
  • Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift
  • Clean the equipment at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
  • Work with a team to ensure the product is safely processed in a timely manner
What you need to be an Ingredient Processor:
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required, training provided
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Willingness to work with a team
