Job Description
What the Ingredient Control Associate will do:
- Pre-weigh ingredients following specific recipes
- Batch soft drinks and energy drinks
- Maintain the cleanliness of the areas of responsibility
- Monitor activities in your responsibility at all times during the shift
- Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met
- Responsible for following recipes and directions
- Conduct physical counts on customer-owned inventories
- Learn and apply new processes and procedures in areas of responsibility
What you need to be an Ingredient Control Associate:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a production environment in the past 3 years
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and production chemicals
- May be required to work in confined spaces and work with high-pressure steam
