What an Industrial Painter will do:
- Application of paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirements
- Clean, prepare, paint, coat, and clean up tanks and other products
- Follow and understand the build boards and Kanban system requirements.
- Report inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipment
- Follow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria
- Use various hand tools
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and attitude with customers, co-workers, and management
- Help the company meet its Quality and Safety objectives
What you need to be an Industrial Painter:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of prior work experience in a related field
- Basic computer knowledge
- Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
