What You'll Do as the Hand Packager:
- Perform duties in the department as assigned by the Lead Packager on a day-by-day or task-by-task basis
- Package retail-ready packs into a master case and palletize
- Report any unusual events or occurrences to the Supervisor or Lead immediately
- Maintain assigned work and warehouse areas at the highest possible sanitation level daily
- Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily
What You Need to Bring to the Hand Packager Role:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform tasks in accordance with GMP policies/procedures
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write
- Ability to frequently lift 20 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, twist, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment
