What You'll Do as a Grinder:
- Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and prepare materials
- Grind fiberglass components to meet quality specifications
- Clean, wax, and prepare fiberglass molds for production
- Bond and assemble fiberglass components using resin-saturated molds
- Prepare surfaces for coating, priming, and painting
- Mix and apply primers, resins, epoxies, and industrial coatings
- Clean and maintain painting, grinding, and production equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Grinder Role:
- Previous fiberglass, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation to Pocahontas, IA
