What You'll Do as a Gluer:
- Glue foam pieces together according to specifications
- Follow written assembly and gluing instructions
- Assist with general product assembly tasks
- Ensure all quality and production standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for the entire shift (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Reliable transportation to the Northwood, IA area
- Ability to meet any pre-employment background/drug screen requirements
