What You’ll Do in the General Production / Machine Operator Role:
- Rotate through various production areas including cabbage line, vegetable processing, potato room, and dish area
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Perform general production and sanitation tasks as assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members and report concerns promptly
What You Need to Bring to the General Production / Machine Operator Role:
- Ability to stand and be active for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly (heavier lifting occasionally)
- Willingness to work in wet, humid, hot, or cold production environments
- Team-player attitude with flexibility to rotate job duties
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but no experience required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
