What you will do as a Trim Press Operator:
- Perform quality checks and document the results
- Report non-conformances (visual or dimensional) that may affect quality to the supervisor
- Follow all procedures and documents for each job
- Report damaged and/or lost gauges and pins to the supervisor for replacement and certification
- Participate in all departmental training requirements and meetings
What you need to be a Trim Press Operator:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to understand assignments and the basics of ISO
