What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:
- Operate forklifts and perform material handling
- Read and understand work orders/job tickets to verify specifications and instructions
- Load, observe, and monitor machine operations, including glue systems and raw materials
- Maintain proper material levels and support efficient production flow
- Meet performance goals and follow safety requirements
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–12 hours per shift
- Frequent walking with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attitude, work ethic, and reliability
- Good attendance history
- Previous manufacturing or forklift experience is helpful but not required (if that applies)
- Ability to follow written instructions in English
