What You'll Do as a General Labor:
- Assist with general production and facility operations
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the work area
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
- Clean and maintain workstations and equipmen
- Follow safety procedures and company work instructions
- Support team members with various labor and production tasks
What You Need to Bring to the General Labor Role:
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with heavier lifting as required
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Reliable transportation to Kasota, MN
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous labor, construction, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
