What You’ll Do as an Entry-level Production Operator:
- Remove finished molded parts from machines
- Inspect parts for basic quality standards
- Assemble components using hand tools, screws, nuts, and bolts
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow work instructions and maintain a clean workstation
What You Need to Bring to the Entry-level Production Operator Role:
- Must have at least 6 month experience workring in a machine operator or production role in the last 3 years
- Must be comfortable using basic hand or power tools
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- ust be willing to work overtime when required
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- No experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
- Must have reliable transportation to the Delano area
