What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:
- Perform wall setting using hand and power tools such as hammers, screw guns, and measuring tools
- Complete sheeting and drywall hanging tasks according to specifications
- Install insulation using measuring tape and utility knives
- Assist with window installation, lifting materials up to 50–75 pounds
- Follow work instructions and collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Previous Carpentry, Framing, Sheeting, or Decking experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Reliable transportation to the Owatonna worksite #OwatonnaGeneralLabor
