What You’ll Do as a Shipping and Forklift Operator:
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to pull, load, and move finished goods
- Prepare outbound shipments by labeling, documenting, and verifying accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory and track goods using computer systems
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
- Inspect pallets and equipment, reporting damage or repair needs
- Assist on the production floor when time allows
What You Need to Bring to the Shipping and Forklift Operator:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate forklifts (Hilo), lifts, and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours when needed
