What you’ll do as a Forklift Operator:

What you’ll do as a Forklift Operator:
- Perform seed field planting and maintenance tasks
- Support harvest activities, including preparation, sorting, drying, and shelling
- Conduct return and rework activities
- Operate conditioning equipment such as sizers, gravity tables, and bagging/palletizing systems
- Follow ISO Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirements
- Carry out warehousing tasks, including forklift operation, sample collection, and pooling
- Perform general repair and maintenance work
- Execute or coordinate field operations as assigned
- Assist with scheduling and workflow planning as needed
- Work overtime, weekends, and other shifts during seasonal peaks
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher with an agriculture emphasis preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of on-the-job or related agricultural experience
- Valid driver’s license; may need to obtain CDL in the future
- Strong adaptability to changing conditions
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in field, plant, and warehouse environments that may include varying outdoor and indoor weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
