What You'll Do as a Mixer:
- Record necessary data on daily reports and work center schedules
- Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand
- Follow company formulas and standards
- Operate scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, chocolate and margarine melters
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Work at a pace consistent with the production line
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 6+ months of related experience
- Strong math skills to interpret and adjust formulas
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Good manual dexterity, motor skills, and eye-hand coordination
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and GMP policies #NEjobhunt
