What You'll Do as an Oven Tender:
- Bake products according to established standards for time and temperature
- Maximize oven use by keeping ovens loaded to capacity
- Perform manual loading and unloading of ovens
- Move and store products on racks in designated locations
- Monitor oven operation and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead
- Accurately record data and complete required paperwork
- Ensure racks are properly labeled with correct product information
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- 6+ months of related experience preferred
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and GMP policies
- Ability to work other shifts/hours as needed
- Reliable transportation to Le Center, MN
