Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a leading provider of premium desserts located in Le Center, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do Line Worker:
- Place pans or cardboard inserts on the conveyor belt
- Keep crust hoppers/bins full; scoop crust as needed
- Press crust by hand tool or operate crust‑spinning equipment
- Swirl, top, or garnish desserts
- Dispense batter using a foot-pedal depositor
- Keep batter hoppers full (pump operator duties)
- Load cakes into ovens or racks
- Create racks filled with empty sheet pans
- Apply grease to pans manually or with sprayer
- Operate dough‑pressing equipment to achieve proper thickness
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Basic math and communication skills to support production accuracy
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to wear required PPE and work around allergens (milk, soy, nuts, etc.)
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
