Job Description
Looking for an exciting new job in a fast-paced food production environment? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading provider of premium desserts located in Le Center, MN. We are seeking candidates for Line Worker positions on a 10-hour night shift schedule working Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:00am. Enjoy 3-day weekends! What a Line Worker will do:

What a Line Worker will do:
- Float between Bakery, Icing, and Packaging departments to support production needs
- Operate both manual and automated lines to maintain consistent product flow
- Perform packaging tasks including loading/unloading racks, boxing, labeling, and palletizing
- Assist on the icing line with spreading, stacking, decorating, and glazing desserts
- Support bakery operations by preparing pans, depositing batter, and loading ovens
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation between product changeovers following GMP standards
- Communicate with team members to ensure quality and minimize downtime or waste
- Follow all safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Basic math and communication skills to support production accuracy
- Flexibility to work in multiple departments and adapt to changing needs
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to wear required PPE and work around allergens (milk, soy, nuts, etc.)
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
