What You’ll Do as a Foam Molder:
- Construct parts for the foam molding department
- Paint and trim molded products to meet customer specifications
- Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover processes
- Assist with planning and prioritizing production needs
- Follow quality standards and ensure quality practices are maintained
- Support a safe work environment by following all safety programs and guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Foam Molder Role:
- Ability to recognize and address safety concerns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a production environment
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, squat, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
