Compensation: $18.00–$19.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–3:00pm

What You’ll Do as a Finisher:
- Grind and polish metal parts using hand tools and hand-held power tools
- Read blueprints and specifications to ensure finished product quality
- Smooth metal surfaces and edges to meet production standards
- Identify and mark defects for correction
- Select appropriate abrasives and tools based on materials used
- Sharpen and maintain tools as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Finisher Role:
- Interest in manufacturing and growing within the company
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints (experience preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Entry-level candidates welcome
