What You’ll Do as a Final Assembler:
- Assemble and build door frame components to meet production timelines
- Inspect products during final preparation stages to ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload paint materials and supplies while maintaining color and finish tolerances
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process
- Review and interpret project specifications and blueprints
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
What You Need to Bring to the Final Assembler Role:
- Previous experience in carpentry, machining, press operation, or a related manufacturing field
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications
- Ability to use a tape measure and other hand tools accurately
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Strong communication and workflow prioritization skills
