What You'll Do as the Filler Operator:
- Support new production initiatives, including technology, systems, processes, and job roles, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training
- Participate in training for new processes and equipment, including self-study
- Clean Filler/Blender machines and production lines per schedule
- Operate Filler/Blender machines and perform maintenance checks
- Complete required hourly records
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Ensure proper labels, lids, and CO2 levels, taking corrective actions as needed
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors or customers
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, frequently bend and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and customer portals
- Ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
