What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Perform primarily MIG welding on various metal components
- Complete some TIG welding as needed
- Fabricate handrails and support poles for advertising signs
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to meet client specifications
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all welds and finished products
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
- Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with the use of an overhead crane
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation to the Fergus Falls, MN area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen if required
