What You'll Do as a Fabrication Support Associate:
- Transport fabricated parts to the next operation and accurately record movements in the ERP system
- Verify quantities and labels before moving parts and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Perform finishing processes such as deburring, polishing, passivation, and straightening to meet quality standards
- Clean raw materials prior to fabrication and inspect parts for visual and dimensional accuracy
- Move and store raw materials using the ERP system while maintaining organization and traceability
- Safely operate forklifts for material transport and assist with loading and unloading
- Support continuous improvement by recommending best practices that improve safety, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Work overtime as needed and perform additional duties while maintaining professional interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift; valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable using computers and ERP systems with proficient keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail and solid time-management and organizational abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Physically able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds; capable of bending, kneeling, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Safety-focused with the ability to maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Team-oriented mindset aligned with company values
