What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator:
- Move finished products to proper storage locations and ensure accurate labeling
- Maintain required materials on the production floor
- Monitor raw product introduction into the process
- Complete accurate and legible paperwork
- Communicate constantly with the Production Support Lead
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely
- Perform cleaning tasks as instructed
- Attend training sessions when offered
What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:
- Ability to stand on concrete floors for 8+ hours and climb ladders throughout the day
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper body mechanics
- Forklift certification required (scissor lift experience preferred)
- Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to [City/area/industrial park]
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
