Executive Assistant
Job Description
What an Executive Assistant will do:
- Perform administrative duties for executive management
- Screen CEO’s calls and manage calendar
- Make travel, meeting and event arrangements
- Maintain departmental reports and spreadsheets as assigned
- Maintain readiness with regular attendance and adherence to work schedules
- Creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing as directed
- Perform a variety of Internet research functions
- Responsible for processing expense reports and planning meetings
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
