What You'll Do as an Estimator:
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Develop accurate estimates, panel package pricing, quantity takeoffs, and project costs
- Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, sales, and internal teams to address technical questions and project requirements
- Prepare bids, estimates, and supporting sales documentation while maintaining organized project records
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate project handoffs to the design team
- Construction industry experience with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Previous construction estimating experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math aptitude
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
