What You'll Do as an Entry-level Fabricator:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of plastic components and products
- Operate basic fabrication tools and equipment (training provided)
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or shop drawings
- Measure, cut, trim, and assemble plastic materials accurately
- Perform basic finishing tasks such as sanding, or deburring
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
