What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Read and follow work instructions accurately and efficiently
- Operate molding presses to produce quality molded parts
- Perform quality checks and required SPC procedures as directed by the team leader
- Visually inspect molded parts and identify defects
- Clip, trim, and prepare parts for packaging
- Pack finished products into boxes for shipment
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Basic math skills
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; no experience required
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
