We are seeking candidates for Engine Assembler roles on 1st shift at their Osceola, WI facility. Hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. What you will do as an Engine Assembler:
- Operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and production equipment safely
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
- Operate required testing and diagnostic equipment to achieve product quality standards
- Perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Work at a consistent pace while maintaining high quality standards
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Cross train to other workstations to enable rotation of work
- Work overtime as required by production schedules
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkAtPolaris
