We are seeking candidates for Engine Assembler roles on 1st shift at their Osceola, WI facility. Hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for this opportunity is $20.43 per hour, plus a retention bonus of $1,000 per month, paid every two months until further notice. Interested? Read below for more information!

What you will do as an Engine Assembler:
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and production equipment safely
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
  • Operate required testing and diagnostic equipment to achieve product quality standards
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
  • Work at a consistent pace while maintaining high quality standards
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Cross train to other workstations to enable rotation of work
  • Work overtime as required by production schedules
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
What you need to be an Engine Assembler:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkAtPolaris
