What You’ll Do as an Ender:
- Organize drill bit blanks according to production requirements
- Place drill bit blanks into designated boxes, ensuring all pieces face the same direction
- Inspect blanks for basic quality issues before packing
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Communicate material shortages or irregularities to the supervisor
What You Need to Bring to the Ender Role:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle small parts with precision
- Ability to lift and move boxes of materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
- Good hand–eye coordination
- Reliable transportation to Chisholm, MN
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
- Entry-level welcome – no experience required!
