Job Description
Position: Electrician (Journeyman optional, PLC required)
Pay: $52.57–$59.52/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Mon–Fri 10 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and control equipment, with a focus on PLC programming to support manufacturing operations. This hands-on role requires technical expertise, problem-solving, and a commitment to equipment reliability and safety. This role can gain hours under a Master Electrician to work toward Journeyman status.

Pay: $52.57–$59.52/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute electrical installations ensuring code compliance and efficiency
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, control panels, and equipment
- Program and maintain PLCs (Allen Bradley required) and related control systems
- Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance on production equipment
- Read schematics, manuals, and work orders for servicing machinery
- Use CMMS software for work orders, equipment tracking, and parts management
- Train maintenance personnel and support equipment reliability efforts
- Develop electrical schematics, interconnect diagrams, and test equipment
- Stay current with electrical codes, industry standards, and professional knowledge
- PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley)
- Optional: Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial experience
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skill
- Knowledge of 480/230 3ph, 110 & 24vdc controls, prints, and schematics
- Experience with HMI programming, motion control, and control hardware design
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
