Compensation: $24.00-$30.00 per hour – paid weekly

What You'll Do as a Panel Builder:
- Wire, assemble, and label custom control panels and electrical systems
- Wire and assist with programming motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Perform system testing, startups, and troubleshooting on completed equipment
- Install electrical components including switches, relays, circuit breakers, and control devices
- Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit using hand and power tools
- Test electrical continuity and system safety using meters, megohmmeters, and other testing equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Panel Builder Role:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or a 2-year technical degree in a related field
- Knowledge of electrical theory and AC/DC systems (110–480VAC and 24VDC)
- Experience reading and understanding electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with motors, VFDs, electrical drives, and testing instruments
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit Lakes area
