What You'll Do as an Electrical Panel & Wiring Assembler:
- Wire the electrical panels and remote stations for HVAC units according to job specifications, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality and personal safety
- Keep Supervisor informed of problems, opportunities for improvement, questions, or comments related to topics such as work flow, equipment, procedures/work methods, safety, and employees
- Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Assist in implementation of changes in methods or procedures
- Accurately track work hours by job and activity
- Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needs
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Some electrical training is helpful
- 3+ years of experience working in a team oriented manufacturing environment
- Some experience working with electrical wiring and diagrams
- Experience working with HVAC equipment is desirable
- Good electrical wiring skills and aptitude
- Ability to readily learn how to follow electrical diagrams
- Ability to properly and safely use tools (crimpers, wire cutters, hand tools, multi-meter) to work with wires, fittings, and connectors #OwatonnaJobs
