What You'll Do as the Downline Operator:
- Comply with Good manufacturing practices
- Monitor and fix faults as well as clear any material jams in equipment
- Conduct required quality checks to assure standards are met
- Maintain clean and organized area around equipment
- Maintain communications within production team and ensure smooth shift transitions, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties involving area equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on all DE machines
- Support mechanics in appropriate maintenance activities
- Monitor raw material and supplies to ensure efficient production
- Relieve other production team members for breaks and absences as required
- Ability to work with minimal amount of supervision
- Ability to evaluate a situation and make a good decision
- Ability to maintain operating logs and records
- Ability to read manuals and problem solve
- Good past work history and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #alexjobs
