Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

What You’ll Do as a Distro Pre-Assembler:
- Review and understand job orders and production instructions
- Badge in and out of active job orders using Epicor
- Assemble components following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Complete required paperwork and production documentation
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product accuracy
- Support additional production tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Distro Pre-Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
- Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure
- Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical, or electrical assembly
- Reliable transportation to Faribault, MN
