What You’ll Do as a Distro Pre-Assembler:
- Pre-assemble distribution components according to work instructions and prints
- Use hand and power tools to assemble parts and subassemblies
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Distro Pre-Assembler Role:
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry materials as required by the role
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions in English
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Entry-level candidates welcome
