Compensation for this position is between $30.32 ($28.57 per hour base wage, plus an additional $1.75 per hour for 2nd shift). What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
- Perform work allocated to production standards
- Work from process sheets and blueprints
- Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
- Must have a Welding diploma from a technical college or 2 years of MIG welding experience
- Must have knowledge of all types of wire feed or MIG welding procedures
- Must have ability to train on 1st shift (6:30am-3pm) for up to the first 3 months
- Must have experience working with blueprints
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
